Shipping policy

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Local Pickup (If you offer it — tell me if you want this removed) Local pickup in Magnolia, TX is available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping address. Two Heifers is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible, but we cannot replace items that show as delivered.

Preorders (optional — remove if not needed) Preorder items will ship once they arrive at our shop. If your order contains both preorder and in‑stock items, they may ship separately.

Holiday Shipping Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons. Carriers may experience delays that are outside our control.
